Todd,

I wanted to start providing you with more information regarding our cash sources and uses. Unfortunately October is not a happy month to start this type of reporting. The amount that Eidos provides to us each month varies based on the burn rate model and what they think that we will be spending (which you already know). The attached schedule shows where we are. We have a few people that owe the company money; Eidos owes us approximately $11K for E3 expenses (Steve is discussing this with them), John owes us approximately $11K for his party expenses of which he is aware.

Take a look and lets discuss. It might be helpful to have a meeting with all of the owners regarding cash flows and staying within budgets.
